Positive: New binding, close to dharga. However, lot of work still pending.

Negative: My stay was quite frustrating, and unfortunately, I had no alternative as all the surrounding hotels were fully booked. There were numerous issues throughout the stay, and the property requires significant improvements in terms of planning and operations. I had a very poor first impression. I booked eight rooms, all with air conditioning; however, upon arrival, only two rooms have A/C, while three rooms were non-A/C. This created considerable inconvenience for our group. To their credit, the management and ownership team tried their best to accommodate us and resolve the situation. The main owner, in particular, was very humble, approachable, and genuinely concerned about the guests’ comfort. However, it appears that the property is still new to the hospitality business and requires more experience, better coordination, and operational planning. The overbooking situation resulted in several service glitches and avoidable inconveniences during our stay. I appreciate the owner’s efforts, but overall, my experience was disappointing and fell short of expectations.

Summary: My stay was quite frustrating, and unfortunately, I had no alternative as all the surrounding hotels were fully booked.

Positive: It's a new building and it is neat and clean. Have an ample car parking area. Good behavior of staff. Walkable distance from Dargha. Have kitchen facilities for the family.

Negative: Not near the sea shore.
