With a great view, you can have a great time with your family and friends!
Warm up in the sauna and swim in the pool.
Grill meat on a barbecue, relax in a cheerful company.

I have several requests for when you are visiting our house:
- If you are a smoker, please do not smoke inside the house, you can only smoke on the terrace.
-If you are traveling with dogs, please do not allow dogs to enter the pool, and do not allow them to sleep in any of the beds with you.
-If you are with young children, then use waterproof diapers in the pool
-Please do not drink alcohol in the pool
-DO NOT have sex in the pool
-No jumping in the water
-please do not leave the doors open because the air conditioner doesn’t work at the moment.
If you damage something, please report it to the owner.

Summary: This is definitely a unique place to stay. The indoor pool and cedar steam sauna were amazing for three moms looking to relax. The view over wine country is beautiful. This is a great retreat for couples or a girls trip.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here. Amazing hospitality! We went during a heat wave, but when indoors, the A/C kept us cool. The pool was fabulous. We are looking forward to returning in the Fall or winter.

Summary: This property is unique. The gorgeous home is situated on 600 acres overlooking the Yamhill valley and the town of McMinnville. While the owner lives on the main floor, the suite is located on the ground floor with its own patio that includes a gas burning firepit and gas barbecue. Inside, guests have exclusive use of the indoor lap pool with an Endless Pool jet system, should you choose. The pool itself is about 30 feet long. There is also a beautiful glassed-in dry sauna (we didn't need it as it was >85 F outside). A modern bathroom with glassed in shower completes the common area. Additionally, there is a home theatre, that we also chose not to use. The bedrooms are unequal; one has a view-to-die-for over the 600 acre property and the valley below; the other is windowless, but comfortable and very quiet. and includes a semi ensuite bathroom. This suited us as two couples as we each valued the attributes the rooms have to offer. The kitchen is a work-in-process. It features countertop appliances including hotplate, toaster oven, bar fridge, microwave, portable ice maker, and toaster. The host also made available a full-sized fridge in her private wine cellar to ensure we had space for everything. In short, guests have everything needed to make simple meals, but it is not a gourmet kitchen. Best of all is the hostess Elena. She is one hard-working woman! She goes out of her way to ensure her guests are comfortable and happy. On top of that, she is charming, kind and sociable. We will never forget this wonderful experience.

Summary: Because the address in the listing is different from the actual address we had a bit of a hard time finding the place. Also the phone number listed wasn't answered. So, we just drove up the what we thought might have been the place and it turned out to be the right place. That could have been much easier on us. Once we arrived we just loved the view. We stayed three nights. The pool wasn't heated and the tv didn't work, but that was sorted out the second day. If you want to cook, this isn't the place for you. The little cooking area is outside and if it is raining you certainly can't use it anyway. The town of McMinnville is a few minutes away and has some fantastic restaurants. They let the dog(s) out at night, so if something is jumping on your bedroom window at night trying to introduce itself it's not a yeti. It's a big dog. Overall, the place is clean. The location is great. I recommend it.

Summary: The owners live upstairs, but it was not a disturbance to our getaway. We enjoyed visiting various restaurants in the area for our meals and afterwards usually enjoyed a drive thru the countryside exploring different areas. Beautiful setting high on a hill overlooking rolling hills with sheep grazing and deer outside the fenced area. Just understand that the address of the property is shared with a retirement home, but when you get there, follow the white fence, bypassing the retirement home, going up the hill to the house on top of the hill!
