Positive: Incredibly welcoming staff made this stay special. Staff always on hand to help. Room and bed were very comfortable and I had wonderful deep sleep. Good blockout curtains if you want to sleep in. Steaming hot water in the shower. Perfect relaxation. Very comfortable home base before and after a safari and also to visit Arusha. The absolute standout though was the breakfast. Dinner was also fabulous but the breakfast was one of the best ever. You will start each day incredibly well fed and ready to explore. I loved my stay and I highly recommend it.
Negative: Honestly I can't think of anything. Normally I can think of some tiny improvement. Maybe the shower pressure could have been stronger. But it was a great hot water shower and perfect for washing long knotted hair in a bunch of conditioner after a safari. But all in all absolutely amazing stay and I felt very at home.

Positive: Very friendly personnel, assisting you in any way needed and with great communication. We arrived past 3 a.m. and got both good breakfast and dinner ($10/p.p.). They organiser for us a local guide, Goodluck, who against a moderate fee took us exploring Arusha (among other things clocktower, Tanzanite experience, market visit and visit to Cultural Heritage center). We enjoyed the stay at Savannah House so much that we returned for a few hours after our safari for a dinner and a shower before our flight home.

Positive: Very cosy guest house with small and nice garden. Good breakfast. You can contact owner Anthony if you need safari or other activities. He will arrange everything starting from picking up from airport. He will organize safari according your wishes and budget. I can really recommend his service.

Positive: Anthony has a number of hotels around Arusha and Moshi and all of them are amazing, kind staff, comfortable beds, Wi-Fi strong enough to remote work from, and rally amazing breakfast. I especially love the all day tea availability too.
Negative: You will need to take a taxi into town but the staff are more than happy to help you

Positive: Savannah House was a welcoming and calm place to spend our first night in Tanzania! The room was very clean and comfortable and outside area was beautiful and comfortable, with plenty of places to sit and enjoy. The staff were very kind, genuine and accommodating and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. They lit a fire in the fireplace and cooked a delicious, authentic dinner and breakfast!
Negative: If you are hoping to be close to the action of Arusha this is too far to walk to the center of the city, but a very nice, fairly quiet place just outside the city!

Positive: We were there only a short time but it was a beautiful hotel. Amazing service was provided. Food was outstanding and I loved the attention to detail and ambiance of the hostel. Definitely recommend staying here for sure! Maybe I can come back again someday.

Positive: The rooms are spacious and comfortable, clean, with very high pressured showers. Such a treat! The food is pretty good, nice variety of coffee drinks in the morning and a great space in the back with a clean swing outside and quiet very private yard. Also they organize us excursions to materuni waterfall and hot springs for half price than we got from many tour operators around there, they work Parfect and professional
