Summary: Location good - about 1 mile from lake front and 0.75 mile to nearest supermarket and bakery (both well stocked). Large garden provided plenty of space to kick a football around, and pool a great facility although a little small, considering the guest capacity of the property. Bathrooms very odd. Two of them contained massive tubs (dating from 1980s??) but nothing else. A house that size needs more bathrooms with loos and showers. Second floor 'dormitory' swelteringly hot in the height of summer - the only room with no aircon, and very little ventilation. Overall a positive experience as most time spent outdoors, but cannot give 5 stars as certain parts of interior need serious modernisation. Last thing: Alexandre Latscha from Savoie Lac agency was very helpful by phone and in person.
