Summary: We came to NH to ride Highland Bike park and this location was a perfect little home away from home for us and our boxer. The house was cozy and the outdoor space was magical. All in all a great experience.

Summary: Was able to go up to the area for a 3 day weekend, and this place was directly in the middle of all the areas I wanted to visit with my family. A short trip to Alton Bay or Laconia, and then all around the lake. Cottage was quiet, comfortable and clean. I was able to talk to someone very quickly when I wasn't sure how to use the keypad (it didn't light when I pushed the button and wasn't lighting up on first touch on the pad). Neighbors were pleasant and helpful. Really enjoyed the overall experience.

Summary: We rented this house so we could attend an event that was about 15 minutes away. So our location in proximity to that was ideal. The inside of this home was clean and new. However, it says it sleeps 6, but that is stretching it. There are three bedrooms, with three full size beds. Not ideal size for adults and teenagers of different ages and genders. I would have preferred a room with twin beds. However, if that doesn’t bother you, what I really liked was that there is a living area, with two of the bedrooms, kitchen and one of the bathrooms upstairs, which we used as “adult” area. And the basement was perfect for the “kid” or “teenage” hangout. Down there are two couches, a bathroom, small living area and another bedroom. Our kids set up a video game system and had a blast hanging down there. If it were me, I would replace one of the couches with a trundle or daybed for more sleep areas. My biggest complaint, though, is being deceived by the outdoor pictures of this property. The yard looked spacious, well kept and close to the lake. When, in fact, the yard was very small, not kept up, small and surrounded by a smelly drainpipe creek. It was not as close to the lake as one would think (but I will say, it wasn’t too far away, about a 7 minute walk.)The worst part was the huge trash pile that is the house next door. There is junk piled everywhere and that is all you see, if you do choose to use one of the decks or the fire pit. So all in all, we made the house work for us, even though we would have picked a home with more rooms or beds, if we had known the set up. We were looking forward to the lake and yard use, but did not utilize them at all.

Summary: We had a great weekend in New Hampshire. There was plenty of room for four adults and two teens who think they are. The lake is a short walk away with 6 beaches for swimming. Check in was easy, we had everything we needed. The neighbors were really friendly too. All in all a great time.

Summary: the only suggestions I'd make are to have a standard size coffee pot and have hair dryers. Other than that, I appreciated that anything we could need was included and labeled!!!
