Positive: I like that the location was in a quiet place, but close to main attractions. The room is big and comfortable.

Negative: Solar battery heats the water, so in moddy weather the water in the shower can be a bit cool

Positive: Perfect location, sooo much space, and really helpful and kind staff. They were able to get me fresh towels and more water or TP swiftly, whenever I texted the owner. And usually the lady on staff was generally around/nearby and easy to flag down. Pretty quiet for being in the heart of Patan. Balcony was nice. Bag storage no problem. Also the owner helped me book a bus and then drove me there the morning of, helping with luggage and making sure I got on the right bus before taking off, so that was really appreciated.

Negative: Could use a mini fridge and plug extender
