Positive: The location of the house was magical, hidden from the road with tall conifer trees, close to the river so plenty sky visible, lots of space around the house, reindeer walking through the field outside the house in the morning. It was all magical. The house was lovely and warm, the sauna was perfect for after exploring outside in the snow. The kitchen was great for sitting down as a family to eat. The living room had a modern large tv for us to curl up and watch a movie later on when we were tired. Could not find a fault with the place. The hosts were amazing and attentive, really good at communication and helping where needed but happy to leave us to our own plans also.

Negative: We had only booked two nights there. As it was short days, I think you need a week to explore outside and really relax and enjoy the house and its surroundings.

Summary: It was a magical family adventure we will never forget, we loved it from the moment.

Positive: The house is located in a very quiet place near a river and a wood. Ideal to rest or to see the northern lights. The house is pretty clean and well equiped. The beds are very confortable and the sherry on the cake : the sauna !

Negative: The dishwasher didn't work but we managed 😉
