All furnishings, plates, cookware, small appliances were brand new in 2020. Enjoy details that most rentals do not offer such as a hight end coffee maker, Ninja Blender, air Fryer, memory foam beds, smart TVs, a comfortable seating area on the porch, a desk and printer to hook your laptop to, and decorated theme rooms for everyone in your group. Guests have FREE UNLIMITED USE of the community facilities for the duration of their stay. (There is a small fee for the putt putt golf, you can use the clubhouse volleyball for free during open hours. Our house has provided you a volleyball to use anytime. Please return it! The tiki bar at the clubhouse is open during peak seasons as well).
