Summary: So this was supposed to be a high end hotel, but it was “ok”. Had AC ( ours didn’t work for two days but then we told them and they upgraded us for the inconvenience). Had coffee maker in room, the area was really nice for shopping, the views were great- the only downfall is that Everything shuts down at 5 pm there including the restaurants- so plan ahead! I would stay here again - make sure you book a higher end room though to enjoy the whole views.

Summary: I wanted to use health and wellness amenities that the property had like sauna but it was broken on 2 day of my stay. Very disappointed! After all it is a 4.5 star hotel

Summary: Amazing, wonderful and out of this world is what I would say. Not only the location is gem but the hospitality from the staff is heart warming. Me and my wife stayed for just 2 days but it was one of the best experiences that we can get. The breakfast was with multiple options and was of top quality. Do stay at this place if you want a good time.

Summary: AMAZING! Beautiful lake views and pool. Dining was so much fun with really great options. Swam in the lake every morning. Stunning views updated lovely room. A truly special experience. I highly recommend and wish I could stay again. Wonderful 10 out of 10

Summary: The place and location was lovely! The staff was super nice and the breakfast buffet was just amazing. The direct view and access to Wolfgangsee was to die for. The 24x7 open beach area was the highlight of the hotel. Not to forget the live events that kept us entertained. Our room didn’t exactly have the lake view but the city view was pretty as well. The location of the hotel is all in all perfect, the city center is 5mins by walk, some of the amazing hotels and bike rental places are also at a walking distance.

Summary: I can't say enough great things about this hotel. We had two rooms with a lake view (a must if you want to stay there). THe place is super clean, with high-end furnishings. The food is wonderful. Both breakfast and dinner. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. Will definitely stay longer next time. Also, the massage is a must!
