Scallop Point | House in Steinhatchee

As you turn onto the gravel driveway by the Scallop Point sign, you will find a palm tree entrance that will lead you to Scallop Point. Once you arrive, you will find the Steinhatchee river full of deep water located behind the home with a dock, floating dock, and fish cleaning station (boat lift not for guest use). As you make your way up the steps you will see a screened-in porch that is overlooking the water and fully equipped with a gas grill, electric grill, fish fryer, dining table, and rocking chairs. You will then enter through french doors off of the porch and into the home. The dining room, living room, and kitchen are surrounded with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Steinhatchee River. Plenty of natural light to brighten your day! The kitchen, fully renovated in 2020, is equipped with stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is stocked with anything you may need throughout your stay with an island situated in the center with additional seating. Located in the dining room, you will find a six-person table and 3 barstools. The living room is very relaxing with aquatic colors. You will find bamboo sofas, a queen-size sleeper sofa, recliner, and two additional chairs surrounding a large flat screen tv with Dish access. As you exit the living room, you will find a hallway. The first door is a linen closet on your right. You will then find the laundry room to your left that contains a washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, and additional cleaning supplies for your use. The second door on the right leads to a twin bunk bedroom with a futon, walk-in closet, and half bath with an "American Flare". The third door on the right leads to the master suite with a queen-size bed, closet, chest of drawers, and smart tv with Dish access. The en-suite master bath includes a tiled walk-in shower and linen cabinet. As you enter back into the hallway you will find a second door located on your left. This tropical bedroom includes 1 twin loft bed over a queen bed, and tv with Dish access as well. A closet, chest of drawers, and a tiled walk-in shower located in the bathroom. This property was fully renovated in 2020 with look-alike hardwood ceramic tile throughout. The property also includes a large front and back yard overlooking the river, with plenty of room for parking under the house, as well as, ample parking in the yard.
