This home is in the heart of Covington, with excellent access and walkability to major grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, medical clinics, a small hospital, library, bus stops, and we are within 5 minutes to major highways.
Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2.25 baths, an open floor concept kitchen/living/dining room, private basement and bath. We have a large backyard and covered porch complete with a gas fire pit and lights for al fresco dining or an evening of coffee and games.
Hospitality is something we enjoy and we love for others to feel comfortable in our home. We have taken care to provide the amenities that we appreciate while we are away from home staying in short term rentals. Summary: Great Location as shopping centers were close by. The only thing is that I wished the bed was a little better as every time I moved the bed spring made a little too much noise for me .

Summary: This property was just terrific for our needs. Shopping nearby was a plus, it’s convent to major highways, etc. Very cozy and comfortable. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. We stayed for 6 weeks and it was so nice to come ‘home’ in the evenings to a clean, comfortable, well appointed home.

Summary: We had a great stay! Close to everything! We wanted to be close to our daughter's house and to the wedding venue and we were. The house was very comfortable and clean. After flying all day to get there, it was awesome having coffee already there to brew and enjoy. We sat on the deck each morning and really enjoyed our coffee! Check in was so smooth and the owners were always available to answer any questions we might have. We will DEFINITELY use this house again. Thank you all for a fantastic stay!!

Summary: Had a great week 😊 House was as pictured. We were so close to the camp we volunteered at. It was a great place to relax after a long day. Clean and comfortable for 4-6 guests.

Summary: Perfect location for our close visit. The dirt and traffic are around but all else is very comfortable and pleasant. We will use this location every year.

Summary: All I can say is everything from the location, distance to stores, distance to my daughters house, check in, check out, and all communication was absolutely the best. The only thing I can say is that the stay wasn't longer.

Summary: We rented this property for our niece who came to visit for Thanksgiving. Julie was an excellent host, exceptionally responsive and the property was very comfortable and had all the amenities anyone would want and need. This property has plenty of space for adults and children and provided us with such comfort that we decided to stay in and enjoy time with family more than going out. I appreciate Julie accommodating us on such short notice and being so responsive especially considering it was holiday.
