Summary: Great stay. Very helpful staff. Breakfasts are very good. Also has access to the municipal 25m swimming pool. Would strongly recommend. The view from our bedroom of the Northern Lights over the Cathedral was a real bonus!

Summary: I don't understand charging for a room that is ready and you're just 1 hr ahead of checkin time. The room was the worst I've ever been in, the size of a closet plus there wasn't a plug in to utilize the blowdryer and the sink was backing up. You could barely get around the bed and I don't understand the shower door design, sprays water all over the counter, no matter how you pointed the water. We did get moved the next day to a larger room.
