Positive: The room was spacious. Laundry room was very helpful we used it a lot for our entire stay but it would be nice if they have more quarters available or credit card options to pay. The complimentary bus service going to Disney World and Universal Studios are the main reason I gave good reviews.

Negative: Our room phone was broken, I asked the receptionist to have it fixed many times and no one came. No good restaurant available at late night. We ended up ordering uber eats instead of the room food service. I also wish if they had more bus service available at other Disney parks. We ended up hiring uber rides to back to the hotel instead. Maybe extend the bus service at least an hour more. We missed the bus service again and ended up hiring uber ride and it was pricey as it was farther away from the hotel.

Positive: Overall Impression The hotel is a decent place to stay, though the experience varies significantly depending on the day of the week. While it is very easy to reach by car, parking is a major challenge on Saturdays due to the high volume of guests.

Negative: The breakfast was decent, though the quality fluctuated during our stay. Since the hotel was at full capacity on Saturday, Sunday’s spread was generous; however, the variety decreased noticeably on Monday and Tuesday. The Spa facilities seem geared more toward children’s activities than relaxation. Furthermore, the operating hours are inconvenient for a spa-focused vacation—closing at 19:00 on Sundays and 20:00 on weekdays is far too early. Noise management is a significant issue. On Saturday, the hotel was extremely loud with children screaming in the hallways at all hours. Additionally, the soundproofing is poor; we could clearly hear the shower running in the neighboring room. Housekeeping was also inconsistent. Our towels were only changed on the first day, and for the remainder of our stay, we had to visit the reception personally to request fresh ones. Finally, be cautious with the billing. Despite our Booking.com confirmation, the hotel attempted to overcharge us by €100 due to a "breakfast miscalculation." While it was resolved at checkout, guests should double-check their totals carefully.
