Summary: The staff was amazing, the free breakfast is incredible. Rooms are spacious, a little dated but still nice! Very walkable and close to the train station. Would stay again!

Summary: Friendly service and great location in Lyngby; it’s above a big shopping mall and also very close to the Main Street. There is a lot of construction in the area (not their fault) which is going to last years. Room is clean but doesn’t have some amenities that we are used to in US (like mini fridge). The breakfast is nice (good choice of hot and not hot foods) and includes gluten free and allergy-sensitive options.

Summary: The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good and so was the rental bicycle. Being above a nice mall was special.

Summary: The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are very basic. No bottled water or glasses so we had to drink directly from the tap. Breakfast buffet was excellent so we made time for it both days. Rooms are stark but clean. There wasn’t any view to speak off, our window looked directly onto a glass dome.

Summary: came 1,5 hours too early and was informed that I couldn't check in before 3PM. I asked if the room was ready and the girl at the reception confirmed it was ready but as the check in was no earlier than 3PM I couldn't get the room unless paying additional 150DKK..... this after having been queuing up for 30 minutes to check-in. They insisted in the 150DKK so had to pay.... very poor customer service.

Summary: The stay was good. Excellent location on top of a shopping center and working distance from a train station. The breakfast served as a buffet was amazing.

Summary: For what you receive the price was a bit high. The breakfast was very good. All the staff was very nice and helpful.The TV pack was nor great at all. What about having something like CNN or BBC, for the english speaking guest.
