Summary: Your policies are greedy. You charge for all you can, but when it comes to paying back, there a wall of policies that your front dest can hide behind to avoid paying back. I will lead a group of 4-6 couples every three months during the coming 18 months, we will use another hotel.

Summary: Breakfast was very good. I wish to have free water or tea/coffee in the room but otherwise the reception staff was quick and friendly, and the room was clean.

Summary: They wanted to charge me 20 euros extra to get access to the room when I came early. The hotel is in a sad area with highways and no nature close by. Great breakfast and a sauna, but the facilities would need some TLC.

Summary: The hotel staff overall was by far the most professional hotel staff I have ever had the pleasure to meet. The room was very comforting, perfect size and had everything to make my stay easier. Only complaint is the driveway leading up to the hotel. Many drivers, either Uber or Wolt had issues locating the entrance.

Summary: I asked for the most quiet room, and judging by the layout of the place, I had been granted my wish. It was definitely quiet. Solid and nice. Only a couple of downsides: the second morning of my stay there was some trouble with breakfast, the restaurant was apparently short-staffed and the buffet was running out of everything with long wait-times. No such problems on my first morning. I had specifically been diligent with hanging my towels to use them again, but although they advertise that the concept started with them, my towels had still all been changed.
