Negative: The room was too hot, for some reason i couldn't change the temperature on the thermostat and even opening a window didn't help much ... it was hard to sleep in this heat ...

Positive: It's a good franchise with high-quality accessories and a great location. The rooms were comfortable and big enough

Negative: The lack of a coffee/tea maker was a huge disappointment. It should be part of the room, but it was missing. Furthermore, the coffee machine in the lobby was broken, and the kitchen closed at 9:30. Furthermore, the restaurant was closed. So, literally no coffee was available for us. It was the holiday season, and it was not easy to find a cafe open, which made this issue more pressing. When we asked the staff about it, they just verified the lack of coffee but did not try to let us know that a great cafe (dog bless them) was open on the next street. It was such ignorance that we would not have expected in this quality hotel. Ah, and the parking price info was also incorrect - there was no fee on the street because of the Easter holiday, so we paid an unnecessary fee in the parking lot the staff suggested to use.
