Positive: Location is fantastic, beautiful hotel,lovely restaurant and reasonably priced, small room as expected but big marble bathroom was a bonus. Easy location from train station, comfy beds, lots of pillows and great shower.

Negative: No kettle in room, I really enjoy my early morning tea..

Summary: Great hotel in an excellent location, fab bathroom , comfy beds, would stay again.

Positive: Breakfast is Great with so many things. The family room is nice with space. The location is excellent , very close to the train station and city.

Negative: We have to change the room because of water leak in the bathroom, so we have to change the room after we already unpack the luggage. The hotel should check the room and bathroom before service.

Positive: Location superb! Breakfast good with nice service.

Negative: As a three star hotel it was OK. If classified higher it missed some small details as slippers in the room ( the carpet can be dirty in winter time), missed a safe and the small things in the bathroom. After a early meal out and returning to the hotel with my family (from Malmo) for a drink in the bar we found the hotel totally closed down i.e the main bar, the little bar beside the reception. We could have a coffee from the machine only. I grew up in Malmo where Kramer and Savoy were the only two luxury hotels in the city. I'm a bit disappointed that the standard has fallen to this low level.
