Positive: The hotel was as expected. It is not central but there is a bus nearby that takes you to the city center. The area is not very cosy or interesting. The bed was very comfortable and I was happy I could open the window. We took the bus to to Gammelstad and it was a very nice outing. Go to the visitor center for maps, etc.

Negative: I would suggest you add body lotion to the bathrooms.

Positive: The service at arrival was excellent, the person at reception was very polite, friendly and supportive. The bed was comfortable. Location is fantastic, especially if you’re traveling through.

Negative: Some of the room features appear a bit dated. Overall the price is high for the comfort you get. The service quality differs by the different staff members.

Summary: Great stay for traveling through. Known place. Not the cheapest option.
