Positive: We liked the central location and the nearby parking. The War Museum was a priority and it's about 2 minutes walk. The man on hotel reception was very friendly and helpful. Our room on the 9th floor had a great view of the harbour, was spacious and had good block out curtains. And the bathroom towels were the fluffiest we've had in few hotel/other stays in Norway!
Negative: No plug in the bathroom basin.
Summary: Great for our one night stay

Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Friendly staff, good breakfast buffet, great views from the bar on 16th floor...
Negative: Better information on parking options near to the hotel. Room quite small, and limited view and quite a bit of noise from vents/fans on roof outside (3rd floor).
Summary: Centrally situated hotel, friendly staff & good breakfast buffet. Request a room on upper floors...
