Summary: There was no parking area for hotel, no slippers in the room, no instruction for wifi. Room was not clean.

Summary: The only gripe that I have there’s nowhere to unpack and store your clothes in your suitcase. There are only hooks and racks in the rooms. Also, there’s no lotions or soaps provided as well.

Summary: Stayed at the hotel for 7 nights and overall had a good stay. However, there were major issues with our check in on the Saturday afternoon- from waiting almost 2 hours (past check in time of 4pm) for our room to be ready, being promised an upgrade for the time and not receiving it, and then having someone else walk into our room after he had been assigned the same room. It was one of the worse check ins I have ever experienced. We were eventually given a room upgrade on the Monday evening, which we accepted and appreciated. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms (both before and after upgrade) were great.

Summary: A nice modern hotel in a good location. There is no parking, but the station car park is nearby and reasonably priced. Breakfast is really busy. You have to book a time slot. I’d prefer it to have to commit to a time - my primary reason for booking a hotel is the flexibility it offers. On arrival there was a queue of people waiting to check in as the receptionist had gone to run an errand so we had to wait a little.
