Positive: Location 5/5 excellent, breakfast was versatile.

Negative: Room has many defects and broken parts. Fridge was pretty dirty. Otherwise room size and views were excellent.

Positive: - Nice location: lake on one side and forest on another side - Very friendly and helpful personnel at the both reception and restaurant area. They made our stay way more positive than expected - Breakfast was good and have interesting options to choose from so better choice than average hotel choice - Kids corner with games, a separate playroom, a search game with a reward. A big plus to a family stay

Negative: - Swimming pool area is very bad. Starting from freezing cold pool including baby pool being cold as well until tiny changing room and even tinier shower and sauna area. Honestly it was the biggest frustration as pool was as deciding factor for booking this hotel and it failed completely. I cannot really understand how such a big hotel could have built so tiny dressing/shower area for it and so small sauna. It was first time ever when you cannot fit into the area. And having freezing water without any option to warm you up after that. It was a big NO; - Rooms and corridors upstairs are quite worn out and old fashioned. Even though lobby and restaurant area looked nice. It can really use some renovation even though it was actually clean so in overall it was still a pleasant stay. - The room price was quite high even for a 4* star hotel but still not enough to get gowns and slippers. Turned out to get those you need to pay for a superior room

Positive: Great hotel, great location, staff is great, breakfast beyond wonderful! Nothing negative on this property for me to share. Everything was great.

Negative: Time to figure out how to install 21st century showers. The present showers are ok but could be upgraded.

Summary: Glad I stayed at the Rosendahl.

Positive: Nice Location, very nice facilities in the hall, swimming pool is fantastic, very clean and cozy. Easy to reach, and plenty of free parking places.

Negative: I made a request about the order that we needed a quiet room in upper floor with beautiful lake view, and the staff replied quickly to promise they would arrange it. But it turned out that we just got a room next to the elevator on the second floor without any view from the room, although they promised to arrange it but failed to change the room for us.
