Positive: Staff in the breakfast buffet were super friendly and welcoming. They were very noisy, while doing their tasks like replacing cutlery and getting in and out of the kitchen with plates etc.

Negative: Towels were thin and there wasn't even two sets of towels in the bathroom, when we arrived, despite having booked for two people. We could retrieve an additional set of towels from the cabinet, but there should have been two sets plus an additional set, when two people are booked. The pillows lacked fluff. There should have been two extra pillows in the cabinet for those who prefer a higher resting position.

Negative: I have been to the hotel a few times and every time it looks more rum down / in the need of a do up. Half of the gym equipment isn't working, the carpet in the hall ways and rooms need replacement, room doors are super heavy and loud, lighting in the room is not that great and beds could be more comfy. While I had a great first experience at the hotel, I now try to stay away from it.

Positive: The staff were extremely helpful and very kind. The breakfast was exceptional.

Negative: The room and bathroom were clean on the surface but needed a deep cleaning. The carpets and some of the bedding were stained.
