Negative: Our room was dirty, there were stains on carpet, no pillowcases, and a previous user’s clothing item in the couch.

Positive: My single room had a veranda overlooking the water, a comfortable sofa and plenty of space. It was quiet because the traffic was on the other side of the hotel. Plenty of books available. Very good value.

Positive: Fantastic location. Good rooms with amazing views. Excellent breakfast buffet 10/10,m and very good evening meal in restaurant.

Negative: Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been nice, but available in the foyer anyway, so no problem.
