Summary: I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel, largely due to the behavior of the reception staff. From the moment I checked in, the receptionist (a woman working at the front desk) was noticeably unwelcoming. Instead of making me feel like a valued guest, her attitude came across as dismissive and unfriendly. Unfortunately, the experience did not improve at check-out. The same receptionist maintained the same negative demeanor, which left a lasting impression and ultimately made me regret choosing this hotel. Hospitality should be about making guests feel comfortable and respected, and this was clearly lacking. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service at the front desk, as it significantly impacts the overall guest experience. However, I’d like to mention that the man working at breakfast was very kind and friendly, which I really appreciated.

Summary: Right in the middle of town + very good. The only bad part was they didn’t clear the ice from the short hill leading to the entrance, so it was dangerous to walk on.
