Positive: Very clean, nice location. The Voss Gondola is basically located in the hotel, so a perfect hotel choice if you plan to go skiing.

Positive: The location was super convenient for arrival by bus and departure by train. Rooms were clean but minimal; no coffee which would've been nice.
Negative: Restaurant was advertised as open but was closed all day (Sunday). Bar was also supposed to be open but desk clerk said if no one is there, it must be closed. Made us hustle last minute to find a place in town to eat as many things were closed or closing early.

Positive: Great location, very close to the gondola which made everything easy and convenient. The hotel itself is well-equipped and has everything you need, with a nice, friendly atmosphere throughout our stay.
Negative: Housekeeping was disappointing. There is no regular cleaning schedule, and guests have to request cleaning in advance. Even after requesting it, the service was minimal — beds were made but sheets weren’t changed, and there was no proper cleaning of floors or bathroom. For a week-long stay, more consistent and thorough cleaning would be expected.
