Summary: Was great location and clean. Bathtub drain was slow and tv didn't work. Internet was spotty

Summary: This property is perfect. For scale, it is a converted two car garage. There is a huge beautiful leaf tree and cute courtyard with grill and seating. The comfortable queen bed and IkEA convertible to queen leather couch were perfect for a mom and adult son to hike 49 miles in 5 days! The kitchen is small but great for saving money and the bath spacious. Having in-unit laundry was fantastic as is a carport. It is one block off the adorable Main Street...and that side of the property is a brick wall (the back of a 3 story hotel) so it is amazingly quiet. I would recommend and stay here again in a second. For two people...its ideal.

Summary: Great stay for 2 people. Walk to restaurants and shops. Less than 10 min drive to Arches National Park and around 30 min to Canyon lands. Only gave it 4 stars because the place could be spruced up a little. Mattress sqeaks every time you move and throw rugs looked dirty and should be replaced. Also jacuzzi did not work and looked like it had been out for awhile so should be taken off of the amenity list

Summary: The room was clean, great hot shower and location. Used the washer and dryer. Overall very pleased. The one complaint we have is the TV wouldn't work. We don't watch much tv but it should have worked. We reported it and someone did come to assess the situation, and he couldn't fix it either.

Summary: Poor communication with the management company. I wasn't notified the hot tub was closed. I contacted the mgt company the day we arrived because the TV was working. I called the daytime and after hours number. I never received any response. The amenities in the kitchen are very limited. ( 3 forks, no spatula, only salt and pepper.

Summary: The first night at Stella Ruby Scarlet was difficult. The temp did not drop below 82 degrees until morning when it was 79. We went to Arches and came back to find that the A/C was now functioning well. I'm not sure if someone fixed it or if it fixed itself. I had called the emergency number on Sunday night of Labor Day weekend after we'd been there for a few hours and it was still a sauna. Called again on Labor Day morning. Never heard from anyone so I have no idea how it was fixed. So glad it was fixed but that first night was hot and sweaty. Also, it is really weird to have a terry cloth shower curtain. It never really dries. And that's pretty nasty. Inez Long

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay. We stayed in the Scarlet. It was perfect location if you like being close to downtown. It was clean and cozy. The only thing I would suggest is providing a fan fir your guest. The air unit did not seem to circulate well. It was set at 64 degrees but room temperature was 76 degrees.

Summary: The quarters are a bit tight but quite adequate for a couple. The location off Main St. is great. You can walk to restaurants, stores, etc. We used the small kitchen for breakfast and to make lunches, but cooking dinner may be a challenge with the limited room and supplies. The hot tub was really nice after a day of hiking. The only mishap was on the last day, the lock broke before checkout. We called Arches Vacation Rentals, which called back in 20 min. Someone came over to fix it and ended up calling a locksmith. We were out of the rental for 1 hour. No big deal since we were not on a tight schedule.

Summary: The location was perfect walking distance to downtown Moab. Our unit shared a carport with the building adjacent. The property was well taken care of. We arrived late and wished there was more signage on the units aside from just the chalkboards. We didn't use the cable box, hot tub or grill but did enjoy the courtyard /patio and the WiFi. The only let-down was that the washer was really stinky and we wished that we hadn't run it our last night because it made our unit smell bad.
