Positive: This place was awesome. Clean and comfortable. Amazing location on a quiet street with views of the harbour to the east (morning sun was great) and just an easy walk to Salamanca and the dockside area of Hobart. Well equipped kitchen and all the appliances you need. One of the few rentals I've been to where I didn't have to clean the dishwasher filter ! Beds were great - we used the sofa bed as well as queen. Check in was easy. Stay here - you will love it. But note my comments on bathroom, garage and stairs.
Negative: Look, I'm just nitpicking here for the benefit of very fussy people. Note that I still give the property 10 out of 10 ! Bathroom was pretty cramped and unusual feature of stepping up and into shower. Didn't bother us but be warned if you are a bit larger or less mobile. Garage access was pretty tight. We had a Nissan X trail and it just fitted OK. And the property is on the top floor. Nice views but you need to be prepared for some stairs.

Positive: The kitchen was really well stocked for breakfast. There were umbrellas for when it rained. The kitchen and bathroom were new and clean.
Negative: There was a designated carpark out the back and was a bit of a travel under the building to gain access to the front door. Also there was no heater in the bathroom.
