Positive: Unfortunately the battery had run out on the access pad to get into the unit, but the team took care of us right away. A huge shout out to Cindylee!
Negative: This is a beautiful home, however it can be loud if there are people in the unit above.

Positive: The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and supplies and was clean. The gentleman who was maintaining the place was exceedingly nice and helpful.
Negative: The ants; the door for the toilet room in the main bath made it almost impossible to close the door when using; no access to the thermostat; the mattress in the primary; and the frankly weird operation of using the shower heads in both bathrooms. Not one of the 4 of us had ever seen anything like them before. Extremely weird way to turn them on.
Summary: Despite some issues, we enjoyed our stay.

Positive: The facility is spacious and clean with large kitchen and w/d.
Negative: Getting into the place was a disaster. There is an lock system that did not work. We had to call a support company to walk us through. That didn’t work either. We finally got in after a very trying hour. We got there late and there was no light so had to complete the process with a flashlight in my mouth. Very , very frustrating and a real bummer. Either they need to change the lock or improve on the directions for opening the lockbox. The other aspect to be aware of was the presence of an extensive flight of stairs and the absence of lighting. I nearly lost my balance and fell coming down the stairs.
Summary: Not a good situation because of the difficulty getting in through the lockbox.

Positive: Property maintained very nicely. Very clean and comfortable and many amenities. Relaxing and a great location for us.
Negative: We had no control of the A/C. There was a note regarding regulating heat and A/C but the control was not in the basement. Not sure if the Tenants upstairs controlled this or not. We were very cold at times and had to open door and windows to let heat in. The 2nd group of people that stayed that last 2-3 days we were there, were very loud and banging thing constantly and walking with loud hard shoes on the floor, starting at 5 am. We were supposed to have at least 2 parking spots on the street but there were times it was full and we had to park up further on the street.
Summary: We would recommend this place and would stay here again.
