The main bedroom on the ground level is furnished with a comfortable queen bed, offering easy access and privacy. Upstairs, the second bedroom includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed, great for kids or additional guests. The loft area offers extra flexibility, featuring a queen sofa sleeper, while the downstairs living area includes another queen sofa sleeper, providing sleeping space for up to 8.
You’ll have all the modern conveniences you need, including a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable TV, and two beautiful new decks in the front and back, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or taking in the serene mountain views.

Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain and traction laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refund related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.
