Positive: Generally Hotel and Sport Combo is great.

Negative: Combination could be improved. There is not really something like a good treatment of Hotel guests to show them around or with a warm welcoming so that they get the best out of their stay. Which is a bit sad. I would expect that hotel guests are treated a bit more carefully.

Positive: The bed was very comfy and big. Location was pretry good and lots of parking spaces which we payed 10 eur/day.

Negative: Hotel is connected to a tennis club so there are lots of non-guests in the gym and sauna.

Positive: Friendly staff, great gym and nice little sauna with fantastic recovery zone and free tea. Location perfect. Room provided with fridge and kettle. Extra towels for Sauna available.

Negative: Cleaning staff knocking on my door, wanting to clean my room before checkout. No German or English speaking. Not a biggie but happened 2x so far.

Positive: As usual great stay in good location, right at the English garden, awesome gym& sauna and grateful we lived on ground level as my luggage is heavy. Always coming back!!

Negative: Unfortunately there are so many smokers in Germany and they smoked right in front of our room/ terrace. I am highly allergic to it. The cigarette smoke would also blow up into the gym, one day which is not pleasant.

Negative: Reception opens at 07.00 am, I had to insist on letting me check out, so as to leave on time for My flight. Breakfast buffet was very basic.
