Positive: Very friendly welcoming. "Minibar" is in fact maxibar - besides of good variety of drinks you can heat locally made dishes, mainly soups. That's a great idea! Nice place to rest in silence, good for morning jogging. Very clean.

Negative: Morning reconstruction works have been a bit disturbing during the breakfast, but it needs to be done, right? So I consider it just as a bad luck. Room could be a bit better heated.
