Negative: It was advertised as double bed, but in fact these were two matrasses next to each other.

Positive: Extremely helpful and courteous staff. Location couldn't be more central: just 10 min from Augustusplatz with several tram connections. A few minutes' walk from a huge Edeka. I was there with two small children and the room was a great size for us. The kitchen was surprisingly well equipped and we had several simple meals in the room, which was enjoyable.

Positive: I received an extremely friendly greeting and was made to feel extremely welcome. The hotel is very well located, just a few minutes walk from the city centre. I arrived at the main railway station, which is also easily walkable. For anyone interested in museums, the amazing Grassi Museum is literally round the corner. The room itself was a very good size and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed staying here.
Negative: I can't think of anything to fault for the price I paid. Very good value for money.
