Positive: Its location to Ozarks Ampitheater is perfect. The price isn’t unreasonable. The rooms are clean. We’ve stayed here several times over the last few years. When I checked in this time, the staff member that I spoke with told me she recognized me.

Negative: This visit, the room keys took several attempts before we could get the door unlocked.

Negative: Steep incline to walk from your car to room - would have liked more comfy pillows.

Negative: When I booked the room price was $97.00. for the first night. Actual cost was $137. per night. Breakfast was supposed to be served Sat. according to the laminated piece we found in the room. After climbing the hill and finding no breakfast we were told that didn't start until Memorial Day weekend. Shower curtain needs changing or at least a good cleaning.
