Positive: No breakfast provided, Location was very good Fully equipped and clean appartment, should have also had basic toiletry kit in the washroom
Negative: The toilet should have jet spray, specially for Indian customers , it is really very much essential and required. Also housekeeping, should clean and clear the washroom each day
Summary: Wonderful stay, with fully equipped kitchen!!! On a very beautiful location, amazing appartment!!

Positive: The location was pretty good. The cleanliness was absolutely amazing. The facilities are alright. Mr.Marco was very helpful and attentive.
Negative: Lack of a washing machine was the only thing I felt bad.
Summary: Overall It was a nice stay of 3 nights

Positive: Marco was very helpful and reachable in case of questions. The check-in checkout process was quite fast and simple. The apartment had everything that we needed (fully equipped kitchen, wardrobes, etc) and is easily accessible from Interlaken Ost in about 10 minutes by car. Also there is public transport available nearby.

Positive: Location is convenient (10 mins bus to Interlaken OST) and area is beautiful. Marco who received us was amazing host, very helpful and empathetic he helped us with our luggages storage during our checkout and gave fantastic advise during the checkin.
Negative: If you're travelling with with family and have a lot of baggages, going up an down hill can be a little challenging it's quite steep. It is about 300 metres to the nearest bus stop.
Summary: Loved every bit of my stay, serene, calm and comfortable.
