Come out and enjoy beautiful Lake Travis and sunset on the upper deck or relax watching TV in the living room on this "stay at the dock" 41' Catamaran. Queen size memory foam mattress, full size stainless steel refrigerator and microwave with combo conventional oven/air fryer as well as a Keurig. Bluetooth stereos on main and upper deck. There are floats, kayak and paddle board (if used and not put up after use there will be a $10 charge for each). *NOTE: THIS BOAT DOES NOT LEAVE THE SLIP !!! Call me if you liked to charter another boat. Holidays, events and Spring Break prices are slightly higher. TWO NIGHT MINIMUM stay for weekends, holidays, Spring Break and events.

Summary: As a digital nomad I enjoy trying different styles of living. I came across this houseboat and had to give it a try. During my stay I had about every nuance possible in my 7 days. * The host was quick to respond - huge plus *Boat was clean and listing is spot on. For those that like to cook you may want to bring supplies. The basics were provided- plates, utensils, pot and pans. * There is a long walk from car to boat. As mentioned if you have a cart/wagon bring it. * the boat will gently rock - you’re on water. When boats go by or if there is high wind the boat will rock more. I enjoyed this - some may not. * there was an electrical issue at the marina, no fault of owner, and experienced life using a generator. Basics were covered - light, heat/ac, etc. host was responsive during this time as well. I would definitely rent this to try houseboat life or for the new adventure. I’ll be back next time I’m in the area.

Summary: We stayed on a roomy houseboat that was very comfortable and nicely decorated. In the mornings we enjoyed a cup of coffee on the roof deck. Everyone around is friendly and just there to enjoy their time. Our host is very helpful and anticipated any need we had. We would absolutely stay there again!

Summary: I stayed with my friends and celebrated a surprise birthday party at the houseboat. We greatly enjoyed it. Had a great experience. Great service and immediately resolved all our requests. Highly recommend visiting this place for any a peaceful vacation.
