Positive: Very clean rooms. Comfy beds. Location near shops and restaurants.

Negative: No pool!.....that was my mistake, but would not have booked. Counter staff Pleasant but did just t know what to do I think she may have been new, but if she said that, I would have been more patient. TIP - if you are new at your job ....tell people. They will be more understanding.
