Positive: 1. Great location. 2. Bed was very comfortable. Room temp was adequate. 3. Desk chair was very comfortable

Negative: 1.The couch was very dirty. I didn't sit on it at all. 2.The TV is too small for the room. 3.There was no wifi my whole stay. The passwords weren't working. 4.Towels were very thin & dingy. 5. Loose tile near bathroom.
