With 3,000 square feet of living space, our 4 bedroom/3 bath home in the Kierland Commons area has much to offer. Comes with a private pool & a waterfall feature and no additional cost to Heat the pool. Ping pong table, pool table, Basketball challenge, board games, and TV's. Loungers and BBQ grill by the pool.
And what a great neighborhood! It is a safe and quiet area for early morning or evening walks, or for more strenuous activities such as biking or jogging. For hikers, trails are reasonably close. Grocery shopping and drug stores are within 1 block. Many excellent and popular restaurants are easily found within 5 miles. There is no shortage of great shopping: Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter are within 3 miles, Desert Ridge Marketplace is 4 miles, and Fashion Square Mall about 11 miles away. And there are a ton of sightseeing and recreational activities nearby like golf, mini-golf, tennis, off-road jeep tours, the Musical Instrument Museum, galleries and other museums, seasonal events, or just visiting Old Town Scottsdale to fill one's day. We do have a ring doorbell and and backyard outdoor camera on property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any concerns. DEPOSIT: We collect $500 refundable deposit prior to check in. This is fully refundable as long as all the rules and policies are followed. PET FEE: We collect a $150 non refundable fee from guests prior to check in.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this spacious and comfortable home in a mostly quiet neighborhood. The pool and patio made for a relaxing time or one filled with activities with the putting green and games. Our family had some lively competition. The owners communication was excellent and fast. Unfortunately, we could not control the thermostats ourselves, nor the pool waterfall, but he made the adjustments we requested. It is just a pain not to be able to adjust that ourselves with the varying temperatures. There are some minor repairs and freshening up needed but all in all a great stay for all including the pups.

Summary: Nice home and location. Master bed/bath is enormous. Outside pool and patio is also very nice. Unfortunately it was cold in Phoenix when we stayed so couldn’t enjoy it as much. Pool was definitely heated. Not having a thermostat was a bummer as the temp in the house was cold. We did ask Naveen to turn the temp up, which he did the first day but it stayed cold throughout the stay. Pool table was fun! Wish there were a bit more seating in the family room. Overall not perfect but a nice place to stay and we enjoyed our Christmas holiday.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed both the pool table indoors and the pool outdoors. Very spacious accommodations. Naveen, the property manager was very prompt with communications. Highly recommend.

Summary: This property is very spacious and well appointed. The kitchen had ample equipment for everything we needed. The pool was very nice. The fountain was not on when we got there, however, after contacting the owner, it was turned on immediately. My one drawback was the master bed. When I pulled back the blankets, the sheets seemed lumpy. This caused me to inspect them further. They looked stained, so I pulled them off the bed to be washed. At that point I found the mattress pad to not be put on the mattress properly– one corner was completely off. This made me question as to whether or not the sheets had actually been changed. However, as I said, I washed the sheets and we got on with our stay. I would recommend this property.

Summary: We enjoyed 6 weeks at this property and it was close to Keirland and lots of restaurants etc. The house comes with so many extras: pool table which we used a lot with our adult kids. Putting green (my husband loved). Heated pool (which we didnt use much because the weather was unseasonably cool and the pool wasn't very warm becasue cover was off....definitely needs new pool cover. This one was tattered and old. **Waterfall fountain was so peaceful when we were in the backyard. **The basketball hoop game was not used and I felt should be removed to give more room in the backyard --- kind of crowded with all the stuff. Kitchen had most everything you'd want, including a countertop ice maker. The high top table in kitchen was great for breakfast and lunch and games at night. Beds were comfy. Needed access to more bathroom and kitchen towels, as well as pool towels. A few were provided but had to ask for more. Was awesome to have garage access since we had a long stay. Naveen was quick to respond when we had any issues. We had a problem with no hot water, and he stayed on top if it until the problem was resolved. He was kind, honest and helpful. Master bedroom was huge and master bath was awesome. Everything was very clean. We would for sure recommend this place to others.

Summary: This property accommodated our family's need for two rooms with king beds and one with a queen bed. The weather was too cold to use the pool. It would be ideal if the owner could install a hot tub as a complement to the pool.
