Summary: This property was perfect! There was a wide range of amenities available and the large, open floor plan was ideal for our group to spend time together without feeling cramped or like we were on top of each other. The property management team was quick to respond and very accommodating. We also had a very easy check in/check out process. A few things to keep in mind for anyone planning on staying on the property - the pool is a tad chilly when it’s not 1000 out. Also, if you plan on using the grill like we did, check to make sure it’s been cleaned as when we ignited it the debris from other renters had built up and caused black soot to shoot out the back All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommend this property for anyone needing a desert escape

Summary: We did not have running water for our first night or until 5pm the following day. Once I heard back from the host, he seemed more concerned with questioning me about the situation than resolving it. We were in town visiting clients and he wanted to ask questions and ask for videos instead of sending someone over to fix it promptly. Embarrassingly, we had to ask our client to use his shower and toilets. A plumber came around 4:15pm the following day and fixed the issue. The host never contacted us to make sure the problem was fixed. Never offered any refund or credit. Just ignored the situation. I reached out to the host and mojo hospitality before posting this review. I was hoping we could be refunded for that first night or even a credit would have made us happy. They never even responded. Truly unfortunate situation. Clean house, good location, I would not recommend dealing with these people.

Summary: The house was great and the property managers were great. We had 7 adults and plenty of space inside and out. The beds in three of the bedrms are more like doubles instead of queens. It's a great location and I would rent from them again.

Summary: Nice place to stay but didn’t spend a whole lot of time at the house or using all the amenities. Backyard was spacious and provided a good space to unwind. Hot tub was older, but did the trick. Pool heat wasn’t working at first (which the property manager did tell me the day ahead, although I had notified them our intent to use the tub/pool well ahead of time). They rebated the pool heating fee (which I didn't know there was one, even after asking prior to me booking the house), but this was a good attempt to make things right. Inside was spacious and neat/clean and the pool table did provide some entertainment. I would stay here again and would make sure any pool heating and potential fees are adequately discussed ahead of time.
