Summary: The pictures are a bit deceiving. The front desk staff was nice. The room had a musky order and send maintenance up and was told there is nothing wrong and nothing he could do. The to locks screw were coming off and had to try to push them back in. The pool was nice smaller then expected. Tried to go to the pool at a decent morning hour and was locked.

Summary: Love the pool and hot tub. The jets weren't working, but it was heated to perfection. The pool is salt water and so beautifully kept. Very clean. I am disabled with M.S. and the stairs in and out of the pool and hot tub were easy for me to navigate. The rooms are a decent size. The bed was super comfy. The top blanket was high quality. A comfortable bed needs a comfortable blanket!! Very relaxing stay.

Summary: I've been staying here since it was 3 palms, never a problem. It is getting dated- paint the pots by the pool that hold plants and trees, fix the pool up where its starting to cumble under the walkway and fix the hot tub, get that outdoor bar going again for guests, play some music at the pool even if its an XM radio app etc some noise of music would help ALOT! get someone with a net to gather all the leaves and debris out of pool daily. Get someone to power wash the sidewalks and stairs they looked dirty and smelled. a little hard work could really bring this place back to life. this place could be SO good- the pool and hot tub are huge and the AC works excellent. rip out all the old carpets and lay down Laminate floors. I would LOVE to own this place, take care and ill be back!!

Summary: For the price, I definitely got what I paid for. I did not feel safe here by myself. It was more like a no-tell motel than a hotel. The whole place was very open, like anyone off the street can get to your room. Some of the guests were kinda sketch and there was so much activity at night, I could barely sleep. People walking around and talking loud at all hours of the night and early morning. The room was decorated nicely, but the duvet cover was covered in hair which is so gross, but those things are notoriously known for not being washed frequently. And the floor wasn't vacuummed well at all. There was some hair and I found a rhinestone. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room and I was able to hook up my laptop to the TV and watch my shows and movies. Oh and the pool is very very nice. That was the reason I booked the room, because of the pics online. There is also a lovely park across the street with a waterway throughout. I walk daily so it was good to get my steps in. The track was at least 3mi around. There is also a great sushi restaurant across the parking lot. I ordered online and walked to get my food. I was going to eat in my room but the place was so chill and pretty I just ate there. Overall, I survived my stay but I wouldn't stay there ever again. The lessons I learned was to stop being cheap and pay more to feel secure.

Summary: When we first arrived and hot to our room at about 5pm. The ac was not on and our room temp was about 95 degrees. It took along time to cool the room and be comfortable.
