Positive: Amazing location, welcoming staff, beautiful building, brand new SPA and pool. We booked an extra night just to explore the Inn valley, and stay in this wonderful hotel. We even had a chance to see a beautiful performance from a Tyva folk band right in the hotel lobby.
Summary: An amazing renovated hotel, a few kilometers away from the Scuol village.

Positive: Beautiful old hotel set in a lovely green park, recently renovated room with a river view, a comfortable bed, a flavorful dinner at the Indian restaurant and a good breakfast choice. We absolutely loved it!
Negative: The hotel is 1.4km away from the train station which was a nice little walk for us, but if you have a heavy suitcase, you’d need a taxi. The hotel could really benefit from offering a shuttle service to its guests.

Negative: A little bit to far away from scuol center. we were on foot and there was not much culinary offer nearby.

Positive: Great place, a palace! We were 4 days there (4 nights & 4 breakfasts) and in 3 evenings there was some evening program: on Friday 16th Feb. there was this great young lady Cinzia Regensburger playing piano and singing together with another young woman and sometimes even the barmen was jumping in from the bar, grabbing the microphone and singing. All the audience was joining in and hearing this Romansch language and all this people singing together, it was like a fairy tale. The next day there was a masquerade, people were masked into the years of 1920s, and they have done really a great job. Afterwards there was great live music and dancing, full of joy. The 3rd day there was a presentation of some book, but we came too late so we didn't join. I was reading the evaluation of the Scuol Palace before arrival and I brought the electric heater from home, but not only that we didn't need it, we were even cutting-off the heating in our room since it was too warm. Breakfast was also great, and we didn't get bored after 4 days, it means that there was enough choice (personally, I like to eat something different every day). Regarding the parking, it's not big in front of the palace, but you can cross the nearby bridge over river Inn (En in Romansch, if I got it well) and there's a parking, that's 200 meters away. It means, you stop your car in front of Reception, you take your stuff to the room, and later on you move your car (in case if you didn't find empty slot). For the check-in, there was no trouble even for my son who arrived around 23:00 hrs, because the keys were left in envelopes at the Reception desk. Checking out is also simple, just drop the key in a nicely decorated box. Internet speed was good, hot/cold water and shower were great. Yes, please bring your soap and shampoo, it was stated on their website, no bad surprises. But, the place is majestic, it reminds me a lot of the movie "The Grand Budapest Hotel".
