We welcome you to our bright house of 130m2 located between the countryside and the sea. The large sandy beach of Pont-Mahé is 600m away and you can walk there on small paths.
The house is located in a very calm and secure environment with neighborhood. It is the ideal place to spend a friendly stay with family or friends. You can enjoy the tranquility of the place to rest and of course visit our beautiful region.

Our house is fully equipped and can accommodate up to 14 people. It has a large living room of 50m2 which overlooks the terrace and the swimming pool.
The private 10 X 5 meter swimming pool is heated from May to September (possibly between April and October depending on the weather), it is secured by a motorized shelter controlled by remote control. Cleaning is carried out using a robot. The water treatment is with salt. A whirlpool is integrated into the pool steps. The pool is family type with a space for children. In case of bad weather you can take advantage of the swimming pool and swim under the shelter.
The east / west facing house is located on a fully enclosed and planted plot of 700m2. Animals can run around the garden safely.
Near Morbihan, you will find all shops, restaurants and services in Pénestin (5km). Important and lively markets on Wednesday and Sunday in season.
We live in our house when it is not rented, so the equipment is very complete.
On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen open to a living room of 50m2 which overlooks the terrace with the dining area under the pergola (barbecue) and the swimming pool.
Also on the ground floor, the house has a master suite (160x200 bed) with shower room (large walk-in shower and sink), a WC.
Adjoining the kitchen you will have access to a laundry room (washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer).
Under the staircase that leads upstairs a pinball machine from the 1970s will delight young and old.
On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a dormitory for 5 people (3 beds of 90 * 200 and 1 bed 140 * 190). The other two bedrooms (160 * 200 bed) open onto a balcony terrace. There is also a large bathroom with bath, large walk in shower and WC.
Possibility of sleeping on the mezzanine on a sofa bed BZ two people in 140 * 200 plus 1 single bed 90 * 200. We can also make 2 cots available.
Play / reading corner on the mezzanine level.
You will have access to TV, wifi, wii console and games, ping pong table, cd, dvd, board games, books .......
For families with baby and young child, we provide: two umbrella beds with mattress, baby bed linen, high chair, bath seats, a small bath, a changing mat, 2 pots, playpen, 1 deckchair, 2 booster seats for chairs, two strollers, 2 toilet seat reducers ...
You can enjoy beach activities, swimming, windsurfing, kitesurfing ... on the large sandy beach of Pont Mahé. This beach is ideal for families with young children because it slopes gently, there is little background and it is supervised in July and August.
For hiking enthusiasts, from the house, you have access to many hiking trails in the countryside and also along the beach on the customs trail.
