Positive: The apartment had everything you'd need and it was very clean. Big table and living room, so plenty of space to hang out, cook and eat. The appliances in the apartment are high end, from the dishwasher to the oven as well as the TV in the living room. The owner didn't go with cheap options to just have the bare minimum. There is also free parking some 20-40 meters away from the entrance. The parking is not public, it's provided by the host. The promenade is fairly close. Around a 10 minute walk at a slow pace. The beach is even closer.
Negative: Occasionally there was some light sewer smell coming from the drains in the bathroom. It wasn't too bad though. The owner said he's trying to fix this. The access road to the property is fairly unkept, but as long as you're careful you can use any car on it.
Summary: Great stay in a very nice and cosy apartment

Positive: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sea & City View Luxury Apartment Maritima Balchik! The apartment was spotless, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The apartment is brand new, very well-maintained, and highly functional. We especially appreciated the attention to detail – there’s a capsule coffee machine, but if you prefer tea, the host had thoughtfully provided a variety of teas to choose from.The apartment also had a great selection of TV streaming channels, which was perfect for unwinding in the evenings after a day of exploring. The beds were comfy, and every room had a stylish, welcoming feel that made us feel right at home. The views were beautiful — waking up to the sea and the charming town below was a dream. A very special thank you to Krisztian, our amazing host. He was helpful, welcoming, and always available for anything we needed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests and takes pride in offering a top-tier experience. We spent Easter there, and to our delight, Krisztian surprised us with welcome gifts and Easter eggs, which made the holiday feel extra special. It was such a thoughtful gesture that really added a warm and personal touch to our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Balchik — we’ll definitely be back!

All essential facilities for your stay are provided. Conveniently located close to the beach and the promenade, various dining and beverage choices can be found within a brief 5-10 minute walk. Perfect for a family getaway, with a dedicated children's area. Street parking is accessible free of charge. The host was friendly and attentive to all our inquiries.

Positive: Amazing apartment. Spacious, bright, extremely clean. Equipped with everything necessary for the comfort of guests. Everything is new, high-class equipment, very stylish and pleasant. It brings a feeling of luxury, but at the same time there is coziness. The terrace offers an endless sea view. I liked the location. A few steps from the wonderful sea promenade with restaurants and shops. A few steps from the beach. For me and my family it was a real pleasure to stay here. The hosts are warm, extremely kind, with wide smiles. Even though we rented the apartment for only one night we were welcomed with wine, fruits and little surprises. Thank you Iva and Chris! We will definitely come back again for more time in the summer.
