Negative: The couches r old and uncomfortable to sit on. Could use another large frying pan.

Summary: It was nice and relaxing. Saw a bunny, a raccoon and lots of deer.

Negative: Bunk bed was hard. Better instructions for the lock box key. Couch was old and hard to sit on.

Negative: It seemed like the hot tub was tripping the breaker when used for heating and jets/pump at the same time. Could use maintenance or replacement

Negative: When we got there all 3 garbage cans were completely full. which was Thursday they came on Saturday and emptied part of them. We were very careful about picking up our dogs poop but there were several old dried out piles of poop under the the bushes in the hot tub area... Really not any problems for us just thought you might like to know. We would stay again here. There was dirt under all three couches as we had to get balls out from under them again not a problem for us we just cleaned under them

Positive: All levels where great! We definitely did not utilize the space wisely lol we know better for next time!!! The hot tub was a hit with all ages!!! Patio was very comfy!

Negative: We where unsure if the dishwasher was working we could not figure it out and was unsure if we where to treat hot tub after each use? Other than that it was a great place CANT wait till next year!!
