Negative: The property had roaches and ants. Not real bad. But one is to many. Also could not find the fobs to get in the game room. Need curtains or blinds on the front door and living room windows.

Positive: Our stay at Sea-La-Vie beach house in Texas was absolutely fantastic! The house itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The views were stunning, even with a little rain and a windstorm passing through—nothing could take away from the beauty of this spot! One of the highlights of our trip was experiencing Mardi Gras, which was nothing short of epic! The energy, the parades, and the fun atmosphere made our visit even more memorable. Despite the weather, we made the most of every moment, and Sea-La-Vie provided the perfect cozy retreat to unwind after all the excitement. We 100% would go back again and highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a great escape with amazing views, comfort, and a prime location. Can’t wait for our next trip!

Positive: Gorgeous house, amazing wraparound porch with incredible views, and I think the most kind, thoughtful hosts ever!!!! They think of every detail and were so kind to give us the best new Year's Eve!!!!! Quiet neighborhood and fun beach walking distance.
