Accommodations for 8 include a master bedroom suite with queen bed, 2nd bedroom with another queen bed, 3rd bedroom with two sets of bunks (2T on one side and T/D on other side), and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. 2 full baths, a large outdoor shower and a very well-equipped kitchen with laundry will meet your every need.

Summary: Your home was lovely and had everything we needed. Even a great first aid kit which unfortunately I had to use when I cut my foot. So many games and movies, great for entertaining. Loved the 2nd sink in the kitchen and the fish cleaning sink outside! We kayaked right from the pier, crabbed and fished. We’re already discussing when we can all come back to Sea Oats next year!

Summary: A wonderful house for a holiday. Our whole family enjoyed using the dock for crabbing, fishing and kayaking. The large windows offered great natural light and a comfortable place to relax.

Summary: Sea Oats did not disappoint! The house is spacious and very pretty both inside and out. The decor is unique. It was very clean upon arrival. We had an issue with the grill, but a really nice service technician was out the next morning and fixed it. He was also very helpful with providing my husband with specific fishing info. I would totally rent this house again and book further rentals through Chincoteague Resort Vacations!

Summary: This was the second year in a row that we stayed at Sea Oats and it didn't disappoint! We love Chincoteague. The property is beautiful, very relaxing . We did crabbing off the dock and spent our days at the beach. Will be back next year and can't wait!!!Would recommend the house and island to everyone!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The office was GREAT ! The Sea Oats need a working ice maker and a working shower in the full bath. A new dishwasher would be nice. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed. Some sort of curtains/blinds in the living room would be a nice touch. I found the bug spray and finally killed off the ANTS in the KITCHEN and living room. we will use your office again but NOT sea oats

Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Chincogeague since 1971 for long weekends and for Thanksgiving with another family. So we have stayed many different houses in Oyster Bay. The house is lovely and spacious with a large plan plan living/dinning room. There is a large master en suite with a queen bed. However the second bedroom with a queen bed is very small with no closet. So it is too small for a second couple to move around in and they have to use a closet in the hall outside their bedroom. So it's very uncomfortable for the second couple. This house is better suited for a large family because of the small bedroom and the third bunk bedroom. So I recommend this house but not for two couples.
