Positive: Sea surf was home from home. Everything you needed was there and the owners left lovely complimentary touches. It is clear that customers come first here. Thank you for helping us enjoy our short stay.

Positive: A great location for us as we need to be close to the Upper Newtownards Road in Belfast. A lovely and quiet residential road too. We have stayed twice before as it really is a welcoming apartment and Carol has thought of everything to make her guests feel comfortable. A great range of dvds to play and games if we needed them. Beds are comfortable and it has a good sized bathroom and bath. Carol also thinks about the small things such as popping some butter and milk in the fridge for us.

Negative: Nothing!

Summary: Fantastic property with all amenities you need.

Positive: The host had a very thoughtful welcome pack. It included enough food for snacks and breakfast, as well as jams, butter and milk. In my opinion it was outstanding, very welcome after travelling.

Negative: Could not fault a thing , a very thoughtful set up. Clearly time spent on the running of a great self catering flat.

Summary: We had a great stay, the flat was very tastefully done and very comfortable. We had a relaxing time.
