Welcome to 'Sea to Sky' breathtaking views of Boundary Bay! Sunrise & stars! Peaceful, serene luxury, executive home with bright and airy great room only an 8 min walk to the beach. This 4000 sq ft home is the perfect space for all your needs. This spa-like retreat will pamper you with its soaker tubs & steam showers. 2 kitchens allow enough space to gather & share meals together. In the evening roast some marshmallows by the fire! Short term & longer terms accepted, just reach out! Point Roberts is located in WA State!
Vaulted ceilings, skylights, and huge windows fill this home with light. Heated bathroom floors, granite counters, steam showers and a huge "great room" lend a sense of comfort and spaciousness to your stay. Enjoy spectacular sunrises over boundary bay and sunsets from the large, open front yard. Truly an amazing home for your family to make special memories.
MONTHLY rentals allowed in off season $3500 usd includes utilities. May include summer months if it's a longer term rental.
SEPTIC WARNING: If excess toilet paper/improper items are flushed down the toilets and/or excess water is used so that the downstairs shower backs up and plumber/septic maintenance needs to be called, you will be charged. PLEASE USE WATER SPARINGLY. All houses in Point Roberts are on a septic system. There is no municipal sewage system. The house can only handle the amount of water usage that the septic drain field can handle. This is no problem if you conserve water. If not, you will run out of water usage part way through your stay. Regarding toilet flushing, please follow this: “if it’s yellow let it mellow, if it’s brown flush it down.” Please let everyone in your group know.

Summary: We were 6 women friends enjoying an art weekend and this home had ample room, is bright and airy, well stocked, and the expansive view was better than we’d expected. Each of us having our own room was really nice. Point Roberts is a favourite get away place and we’d rent this home again if available.

Summary: This property was great for a large group of adults and kids. The large downstairs space made a perfect kids hangout, which the adults upstairs. Well stocked kitchen (although expired food in the refrigerator) and linens. Beautiful view and easy walk to water.

Summary: We were 2 families of 8 people who enjoyed this property very much. It was well supplied, clean and there was plenty of space for all of us to relax and spread out. The kitchen/living area was open so all could hang out together. Would recommend this property for a large group!
