It boasts stunning sea views one way and the famous Devonshire Park Tennis Club the other. It is also the place to be for the Theatre District, as Devonshire Park, Congress and Winter Garden are just a stones throw. The town centre and fabulous restaurants are also just 10 minutes walk away.
This spacious apartment sleeps up to six people and combines Victorian character with luxury modern detail. You will enjoy over 75 square metres of light airy rooms including large living room, modern fitted open plan kitchen diner, master double bedroom, family bathroom and second twin bedroom. Summary: An easy and enjoyable rental. Great communication throughout. The accommodation was super clean, exactly as listed and in a great central location for all that Eastbourne has to offer. Wi-Fi up to the kids requirements ;) And a view of the sea from the front room for me. The property is in a shared block and with period windows, so expect some noise from both within the building and from outside. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Summary: This is truly a perfect place to stay. I would usually begin by praising the accommodation and location which are both excellent, but need to start by saying what a true host Kris is and how much that adds to the enjoyment of the stay. From booking to arriving to our stay to leaving his hospitality is tremendous. Kris is very helpful, clear and friendly providing information and answering any questions. The apartment is spacious, spotless, very well equipped and finished to a very high standard from the decorating to the kitchen equipment to the bedding. The location is ideal, well within walking distance to the train station, town centre, theatre and literally a minute from the seaside. The park square across the street makes for a quiet, pastoral setting. Eastbourne is truly worth a visit and this is the place to stay. Our only lament is that we only stayed four days, our next visit will be much longer. Thanks for everything Kris.

Summary: Beautiful apartment, light, spacious and very well equipped. Excellent location with views from lounge over to the sea and Congress Theatre. Very close to Devonshire Park famous tennis courts and town centre shops and good restaurants within easy walk. Kristian and Duncan very helpful and obliging. Would highly recommend.

Summary: The booking process is easy and Kristian is the perfect owner, very helpful in every regard. This was for us a bit of a working holiday as I have taken up a role as Director of the local Speedway Club and needed a base for the week. As a holiday-maker the Appartment is wonderfully located, you can see the Centre Court at Devonshire Park (2nd only to Wimbledon for Tennis in UK) and also the Sea. There are 3 Theatres with well known Stars appearing (even in April) within 200 yards, a wonderful Pub (The Stage Door) and fantastic Restaurants in the next Road, especially Little Italy. The Lounge has stunning lighting, superb Furniture and TV, Bedrooms are clean and a lovely sleep. Considering the location very little if any road noise and Parking was easy, right outside at most times. The Kitchen and utensils are of outstanding quality and access is easy. I was also able to set up my mobile Office (lap top / printer / laminator due to copious amounts of plug sockets and large kitchen table. I don't think that 5 stars or 10/10 adequately sums it up. World Class and as highly recommended as I can rate.

Summary: We spent a 2 weeks-stay in this nice cosy apartment in a wonderful Eastbourne area. 2 bedrooms (small but big enough :-)), very big lounge/living room and big well-equipped kitchen. Nothing we could complain about in the apartment. We were a party of 6 incl. children. Seaview from living room with perfect sunrise atmosphere. Close to town center and easy walking distance to Beachy Head.
