Positive: On arrival the keys and pass card were available to collect from the key safe.Communucation from the owner/agent was excellent prior to visit .The property was very clean throughout and the welcome pack and doggy treats and towel were a nice thought and very much appreciated .The location of the property is on a well appointed and well kept caravan site and with a dog exercising area on site and an easy stroll down to the beach it was all as we had hoped.The caravan site is no more than 40mins at most to all of the beautiful little seaside resorts all along the Norfolk coast and some of the best heritage railways in the country.The icing on the cake was that the caravan had spectacular sea views to wake up to ,it is situated front row so no obstructions whatsoever to enjoy a quiet glass of wine and watch the sun go down over the sea from the ample fenced and secure patio.We had a wonderful holiday .Thank you.A+++++

Negative: The description on the Booking.Com site was very concise and clear as to what to expect .The pictures were up to date.So there is NOTHING we didn't like .

Summary: Excellent holiday accomodation for both families and adults alike with spectacular sea views.
